I'M BACK Ya'll!

I’m back. It has been 2 months since I posted a blog entry. Life has been so intense and it took this time to get myself where I can come back, ready to start again, wanting to share my journey as a writer, mother, educator, wife, dreamer, auntie, tutor/coach, sister, poet, daughter, speaker, niece, cousin, and so on. Do you all know what the most important role I have is? I do, finally. And without me committing completely to this role, I cannot even try to fulfill all the roles I want and love, and then there are some roles, because they are very difficult & demanding they bring me down. Hope, the Self-Loving, Self-Caring, Self-Prioritizing Woman is my most important role. This is the role that I will wake up, now putting  me & God first, and go to bed, putting God & me last. It will consist of me  praying, journaling, reading, AND/OR listening. I pray now for the discipline to see this commitment to God and Self through. Who is with me?
