Affirmations to the Rescue

Today is Tuesday, and have you felt a bit off…like it's hard to find your center? I realize that these moments of not feeling centered, at peace, is a mindset thing. My mindset, my thoughts about me, directly impact my peace. Self-care isn’t only about spa days, mani/pedis, massages and brunch with the girls. Those things are very nice and needed but there is something that is the most important part of self-care. Positive affirmations work for me and I think it can work for others. Saying/reading positive statements that apply to me. The affirmations are more than positive; they are true. I am a Smart woman. I am Kind and Fair. I am a Good Mother and Wife. I am a Fantastic Writer. I wrote about positive affirmations before, but I needed to remind myself of their power. When I make saying/reading positive affirmations a part of my daily life, I feel better, period. Life, despite its daily challenges, is better. So I don’t know about you, but it's time for my second dose of positivity. What is your favorite, positive affirmation?
